Newark Airport: Terminal A Redevelopment

Linde-Griffith installed approximately 50,000 linear feet of driven pipe piles, mainly for the Airtrain foundations and associated ancillary structures. Additionally, Linde-Griffith has installed numerous driven piles for overhead sign and high-mast lighting structures through the EWR airport. With numerous large-scale construction work activities occurring simultaneously around the new airport terminal. extensive coordination, planning, cooperation, flexibility, and site management were essential for this project’s success. Multiple crews performing various tasks with varying shift and off-hour requirements allowed Linde-Griffith to perform construction activities while avoiding any potential impact to the terminal’s operations.
