Statue of Liberty

The Statue of Liberty is a neoclassical sculpture on Liberty Island In New York Harbor. Given to the United States as a gift from the French, Lady Liberty was transported here in parts in 1885; she was then built and dedicated on October 28, 1886. A welcoming sight for any newcomer to our country, the Statue of Liberty epitomizes the spirit of America and the American dream. As part of a restoration project, Linde-Griffith drilled several micropiles around the pedestal.
